Who doesn't like pizza? These Light Lavash Bread Wraps make the best pizza shells and they are already baked. Just pop one into a 400 degree oven and put it right on the rack for two minutes (no pan). Remove from oven and turn over so the toasted side is up. Put on a thin layer of Roselli's Pizza Sauce (we sell that of course and it's only 2 Net Carbs), cheese, and your favorite toppings. Place back on the oven rack for three minutes, and then turn on the broiler for the fourth minute. Now you have a low carb thin crust pizza that rivals Domino's. The entire large shell is only 16 net carbs!!! If you like veggies on your pizza, slice them up and wrap them in a paper towel. Place the paper towel on a microwave safe plate and microwave on high for two minutes. The veggies will be pre-cooked and you can put them on with the rest of the pizza toppings. Because the pizza is in the oven such a short time, if you do not pre-cook them, they might be a little raw when your pizza comes out of the oven.
You can repeat the above directions and use salsa and cheddar cheese for a Mexican pizza, or fold it over in a large skillet for a quesadilla - Ole!
