Shipping Policy

You will be billed the actual shipping charges only, not the estimated charge that appears on your screen. If there is a large discrepancy in the shipping amount, you will be contacted for approval before your credit card is charged. We will also use the least expensive method to ship your products, which may not be FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery Service. Some small items may be mailed via US First Class Mail or Priority Mail, to save you money. Long distance orders will be shipped via US Priority Mail if perishables like bread are on the order. NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - SORRY

You will be charged a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our store or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information that you have entered. If you provide us with an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $10 fee that the shipping company charges us for this correction, and redirection of your package. FedEx, UPS, and USPS charge shippers for the return of undeliverable packages, including - but not limited to - refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful. If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons, you will be responsible for both Shipping and Return charges. Most customer address errors are flagged before we ship a package by the computer.We will make every effort to make sure the address you specify is verified. Most customers that make addressing errors never know, because we fix it on our end.  

If you would like to use PayPal to pay, cut and paste your shopping cart with the complete ship to address, and email me at holly@locarbconnection.com. I will calculate the shipping, contact you via email with a total and after I have your approval, email you a PayPal invoice.
